Oryx Universal College (OUC) in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is pleased to announce the launch of the MSc in Cyber Security programme for the Academic year 2022-2023 at the Al Messila campus, Doha – Qatar.
Through the introduction of the new programme in the portfolio, OUC seeks to promote a curriculum and learning process which will ensure that students are holistically prepared to contribute to the contemporary dynamic industries. The new programme will allow the students to explore knowledge from theoretical and practical dimensions with an added focus on future readiness and the implications of technological advancements in our world that is more connected & integrated than ever before in the cyber space.
The MSc in Cyber Security programme has been devised to allow students an opportunity to explore an emerging field of study that corresponds to the challenges in our lives. The necessity of Cyber Security continues to expand as there is an increase in number of users, devices & programs in the modern technology driven world. The MSc in Cyber Security programme enables students and professionals from the information technology & related backgrounds to engage in a process of research, analysis and practice through the use of effective tools and techniques, central to security issues surfacing within the interconnected communication and information systems framework, both locally & globally.
