The Office of Student Experience and Academic Registry serves as an integral component of Oryx Universal College in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University. With its central position within the organisation, the department acts as an essential link between the students and staff. We focus on effective and efficient provision of academic administration services with a primary focus on quality and compliance to standards. The academic registry strives to sustain and enhance the student experience of all students throughout their educational journey at OUC.

The Student Experience

The Student Experience division is responsible for assisting students in adapting to university life ensuring that they demonstrate multi-dimensional growth and development at all levels as they progress through their course of study. We encourage students not only to excel academically but also to acquire diverse skills through co-curricular engagement in order to be successful future leaders in the contemporary society.

The Academic Registry

The Academic Registry division operates as the internal lead, for the students and staff of OUC, for compliance and quality assurance. We offer support services addressing all administrative matters from Registration to Graduation. OUC registry has worked collaboratively with LJMU to develop policies and procedures that maintain the highest quality ensuring compliance with – Liverpool John Moores University standards as well as the regulatory requirements of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education of Qatar.
