  • Dr Tlemat has University teaching experience in Structural analysis, design of reinforced concrete, masonry and steel structures and published several papers on Fiber Reinforced Concrete in international journals. Chartered Engineer from the institution of structural engineers, UK. Worked at Buro Happold, Atkins, ASTAD and Qatari Diar in landmark and delivered design, tender evaluation, prepared scope of work, performed structural and durability assessment, design verification, Construction support services, third party reviewer and evaluated value engineering proposals.
