  • Dr. Tlemat is a highly accomplished professional with over 30 years extensive experience in academia and industry. His expertise lies in Structural analysis and design, particularly in reinforced concrete, masonry, and steel structures, areas in which he has taught at universities in Germany and Qatar. He has also made significant contributions to the field of Fiber Reinforced Concrete through multiple publications in esteemed international journals. As a Chartered Engineer from the Institution of Structural Engineers, UK, Dr. Tlemat upholds the highest professional standards. He has held pivotal roles in landmark projects such as the Qatar National Museum, Education City projects, and Lusail towers, working with renowned firms like Buro Happold, Atkins, ASTAD, and Qatari Diar. In these positions, Dr. Tlemat has excelled in senior management, overseeing diverse responsibilities including design, tender evaluation, scope of work preparation, structural and durability assessments, design verification, construction support services, third-party review, and value engineering proposals.
