Professional Experience
  • Prior to academia, Jane spent 25 years working in business operations and projects, as a manager and leader, predominantly in the UK's public sector, and third sector. Jane was responsible for developing both day-to-day and project-related operational processes, training and stakeholder management with a variety of high-profile clients, funders and teams. Jane brings a plethora of training, facilitation and engagement techniques from her extensive professional experience to strengthen the connection between theory and practice. Jane has earned several highly relevant professional certifications that contribute to curriculum development, and delivery of knowledge to enhance student skills, including PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner; Lean Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belts; Lean Organization Management Techniques; Lego Serious Play certified practitioner.
